SHIPPING POLICY
Orders ship by Canada Post. As the product is made to order, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 - 14 business days. Special delivery with additional cost can be discussed case by case for your urgent order.
International orders are shipped by Airmail. Shipping rates do not include import or duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination.

RETURNS POLICY
Before you decide to return the product for any reasons, please consider the followings. Our products are made-to-order. Due to the characteristics of leather, there can be subtle color variations or minor scratches during handmade production. It has the characteristic of becoming more natural and luxurious the more you use it. Due to handmade and personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns of non-personalized products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. For returns and refunds, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Items returned to us without communication and confirmation with us, a return will not be accepted.
